You only have to watch one episode (The Pinky POV) to realize that Pinky is the genius. Long story short, by the time Brain asks "Are you pondering what I'm pondering?", Pinky has already pondered the initial brilliant idea and has had a dozen other ideas since then. The only reason he comes across as dumb is because no one else's brain (including the audience) can keep up with him. Thankfully, though, Pinky has no interest in taking over the world.

It's fascinating that the 1990s began with Tiny Toon Adventures, middled with Animaniacs, spun off Pinky and the Brain, and nearly ended with "Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain" in 1998-1999.

Oh man a lotta of the shows were BIG on the Fox and Kids WB lineup I sorta forgot about Taz Mania but that theme song is catchy.

I just fought this was a joke character but he has his own WB block for a few years and was MIA for the rest of wonders history untill tiny toons loonaversity as a cameo.
